LogicSurgeTech was founded after more than a decade working in Java, microservices, RESTful systems, and enterprise data platforms. That background shapes how we recruit: we understand what "good" looks like in a technical role, not just what keywords to search for.
We started this company to fix a common frustration on both sides of the hiring table — companies drowning in unqualified resumes, and strong engineers getting filtered out by recruiters who can't tell the difference between real experience and buzzword matching.
